Shirley is a writer and content creator. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Science degree in Occupational and Environmental Health. Her undergraduate education is in engineering. During which, she co-created two patents. Shirley also obtained a diploma in natural nutrition and has become a Canadian registered holistic nutritionist. She believes in a science-based holistic approach to health and wellness.
